I could tell you of the great battle
Centuries ago, how the Traveler was crippled
I could tell you of the power of the Darkness

Once upon a time we had power so divine
But shapes couldn’t get along so they got into a fight
Now you’re caught up in the middle of a cosmic struggle
All because you ran late to a shuttle
Light — good, dark — bad
If you wanna know more? too bad!
I thought it was your job to speak for the Traveler
But I never said it spoke to me.

Lemme get this straight; You were risen from the grave
Given a new name and enlisted in the ranks
Of a zombie army, and you didn’t hesitate?
Isn’t all this great? Let's just kill another race!
And another, and another, 'til we blow them all away
On a mission to erase all the different and disgraced
Who don’t fit into the shape of the world we wanna make
And you listened and you prayed, and you never heard a thing
But we’ve heard your cries for help
The Traveler didn’t save you from Ghaul, it saved itself
You were reanimated by an inanimate object,
You can’t even stop it, might as well be unconscious!
While you’re fighting a conflict with it’s scorned lover
Like there’ll never come a day when there’s more others
Whether you wanted it or not you took part in a genocide
But keep telling yourself I’m the one you should vilify.
Sorry, that was kind of harsh. But you’ve been killing my minions for years. I guess I had some things to get off my chest. Things are clearly not what they seem and I think you’ve known that for a long time. Take it from here, oh mighty Traveler!
